عاد فريق ايه سي ميلان الايطالي للمشاركة في منافسات دوري ابطال اوروبا بعد غيابه عن المسابقة لمدة 7 مواسم وذلك بعدما نجح الفريق اللومباردي في حسم المركز الثاني برصيد 79 نقطة بعد التغلب علي اتالانتا بهدفين مقابل لا شيء والذي تراجع للمركز الثالث برصيد 78 نقطة

وفاز يوفنتوس علي بولونيا برباعية وارتقي للمركز الرابع برصيد 78 نقطة وبفارق الاهداف لصالح اتلانتا صاحب المركز الثالث ، واستفاد فريق السيدة العجوز من تعادل نابولي مع هيلاس فيرونا بهدف لكل فريق والذي احتل المركز الخامس برصيد 77 نقطة

وبهذه النتائج ، تأهل بطل الكالتشيو انتر ميلان والوصيف ايه سي ميلان واتالانتا ويوفنتوس للمشاركة في منافسات دوري ابطال اوروبا ، بينما يشارك نابولي ولاتسيو في اليوروباليج
